Prior to BPI group, Susan served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Patina Solutions, where she led the firm's growth of 150% in three years.

Charlene Buck is the Chief Financial Officer of BPI group.

Charlene joined the company in 2009, bringing more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance and strategy.

In her current role, Charlene manages the firm’s financial operations, including budgets, forecasting, contracts and reporting systems across all offices and practice areas. She is an astute financial leader known for her personal integrity and proven track record in creating systems, partnerships and processes that maximize performance. Charlene is instrumental in all BPI group’s mergers, acquisitions and new office openings.

Jason Copeland

Jason Copeland is the Director of Information Technology with BPI group.

Jason joined the company in 2008, bringing more than 12 years of corporate IT and consulting experience.

In his current role, Jason combines his technology expertise and customer service focus to manage the firm’s technology-related requirements across all BPI group offices in the U.S. He is highly regarded for his responsiveness to company and client needs, as well as his ability to manage large-scale projects and provide practical, integrated solutions to complicated technology concerns.

He leverages his extensive network of contacts to support the talent acquisition, development, retention, and transition needs of his clients.

Steve Spires is the Managing Director of Career Services and a Senior Executive Coach with BPI group. 

Steve joined the company in 2009, bringing extensive executive leadership experience in managing and growing businesses ranging from Fortune 100 companies including Milliken, General Electric and Tyco International, as well as private equity firms with holdings in diverse industries. Steve has served as an executive coach to numerous individuals and consultant to executive management in strategy and team development for over a decade.
In his current role, Steve oversees the delivery of the firm’s career services and outplacement services in North America, and manages the BPI group offices in Atlanta, Georgia; Tampa, Florida; Birmingham, Alabama; and Greenville, South Carolina. He focuses on building and expanding relationships with organizations and individuals throughout the region, while sharing the firm’s global presence and expertise.
