President & Chief Executive Officer, North America

Juan-Luis Goujon is the President and CEO of BPI group, North America. He also serves as the Director of BPI group's International Business Unit.

A seasoned executive, he joined BPI group in 1995, bringing more than 15 years of experience in operations, executive transition, restructuring/change management and corporate finance. As the CEO of BPI group, North America, Mr. Goujon is responsible for overseeing the firm’s operations and strategic growth in North America. Additionally, as Director of BPI group’s International Business Unit, he is responsible for driving the organization’s strategy, structuring country leadership teams and furthering the growth of BPI group’s brand as a global leader in the HR industry.

He oversees the development and delivery of Executive Advisory Services and serves as an executive coach and trusted advisor to senior management on a global basis.

Ms. Davies provides career coaching for the Outplacement practice, a personalized approach to career planning, and outplacement services for companies, executives, and professionals.

Ms. Herrmann joined the company in 2009, bringing more than 20 years of experience helping organizations build better and more effective leaders.

Silvia Masini brings over 25 years of experience in leading and advising organizations on organizational change and transformation, as well as developing and delivering human capital and HR strategies and solutions.

Patricia Siderius is the Managing Director of Executive Outplacement Services with BPI group. She is certified as a Fellow Manager by the Institute of Career Certification International.

Ms. Sideirus has over 20 years of experience in reorganizational consulting, career transition/outplacement work, and career transition coaching.

Steve Spires is the Managing Director of Outplacement Solutions with BPI group in addition to managing the U.S. Southeast region.Mr. Spires joined the company in 2009, bringing extensive executive leadership experience in managing and growing businesses. His experience spans Fortune 100 companies including Miliken, General Electric, and Tyco International, as well as private equity firms with holdings in diverse industries.
