A seasoned executive, he joined BPI group in 1995, bringing more than 15 years of experience in operations, executive transition, restructuring/change management and corporate finance. As the CEO of BPI group, North America, Mr. Goujon is responsible for overseeing the firm’s operations and strategic growth in North America. Additionally, as Director of BPI group’s International Business Unit, he is responsible for driving the organization’s strategy, structuring country leadership teams and furthering the growth of BPI group’s brand as a global leader in the HR industry. Prior to his current role, Mr. Goujon served as chief executive officer of BPI group’s Spanish and Portuguese subsidiaries (called MOA –BPI group), which he founded in 1991, and grew to $20 million and 150 consultants strong. During these years, Mr. Goujon led MOA in the acquisition of several companies and was instrumental in the creation of the MOA Foundation, a service organization with an annual budget of $5 million created to help unemployed individuals find work. As CEO, he oversaw these firms’ consulting projects, with a particular emphasis on managing executives involved in business restructurings and major career transitions. He led the company’s corporate restructuring practice area, which specializes in strategic HR planning, change management, internal/external communications, local economic revitalization and team mobilization. « Return to Leadership Team |
