Kevin Pallardy is a Managing Partner of BPI group, and a member of BPI group's International Affiliate Board of Directors.

He joined the company in 2003, bringing more than 15 years of experience working with individuals and organizations facing complex challenges involving change, transition, and mobility.

In his current role, Mr. Pallardy manages and leads the firm’s office in St. Louis. He is responsible for designing, developing, marketing, and delivering BPI group’s core services to its clients: Executive Coaching, Career Management, Executive Search, Retention and Succession Planning, and Career Transition. He has coached hundreds of managers and executives to achieve higher levels of performance and career satisfaction. His corporate relationships have produced an extensive network of contacts that support clients’ development and transition needs.

Prior to joining BPI group, Mr. Pallardy held leadership positions with Citicorp, United Technologies, General Dynamics and Emerson Electric, where he developed solutions to support the growth and development needs of these organizations.

As a consultant, his work with a Fortune 500 company became a model for effectively addressing change management and internal career development needs for “survivors” of a major corporate downsizing. He also has extensive experience in planning and managing multi-site downsizings involving hundreds of employees, ensuring consistent services while retaining flexibility in delivery to meet the diverse needs of each client.

Mr. Pallardy holds a master’s degree in human relations from Webster University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri, St. Louis. He is active in the Human Resource Management Association and has authored articles for professional publications on managing change and mobility. He has served as a guest expert on Apple Computer’s online network and has been interviewed by the NBC affiliate in St. Louis for feature stories on employment and career management. Mr. Pallardy has also spoken to business and professional groups on organizational change, career development, and workforce trends.
