Robyn Clark is the Managing Director of the Talent Solutions practice of BPI group, a team focused on developing capability in leaders, teams, and organizations.

Robyn brings more than 20 years of talent management, strategic HR and organizational consulting, business development, and coaching experience to her role.

As leader of the Talent Solutions practice, she consults with top tier national and international organizations to develop and implement strategy and programs in the areas of leadership development, team development, executive coaching, succession planning, career development, organization effectiveness, talent and performance management, talent assessment and development planning. Robyn has designed and implemented comprehensive global talent strategies for clients such as L'Oréal, Rexam, Exopack, and TransUnion.

Robyn is also a highly skilled facilitator and designer of learning curriculum, developing leading-edge points of view in leadership, executive team, and career development. She facilitates senior leadership teams to develop strategy, strengthen alignment, enhance commitment and cooperation, build trust, and ultimately, to deliver on results.

Prior to joining BPI group, Robyn led the Talent Management function within Discover Financial Services, a leading credit card issuer and electronic payment services company. In this role, she led and delivered an organization-wide performance management program including strategy, process, tools and education, as well as designed on-boarding programs and strategy for succession planning, and provided one-on-one executive coaching.

Before that, Robyn founded an organizational development and human capital consulting firm called 2Develop based in Houston, Texas. Upon being sold in 2006, 2Develop had grown to become a $2+ million annual revenue enterprise with a number of Fortune 500 clients and a full-time staff of six HR professionals. Earlier in her career, Robyn spent more than 10 years as a senior HR consultant with Franklin Covey, a leading provider of time management training and assessment services for organizations and individuals. She began her career in training and development working for two banking organizations in California.

Robyn earned a bachelor's degree in social work from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI and is currently pursuing a master's degree with Keller Graduate School of Management. She is an active member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and Coach University, and is a frequent speaker at leadership conferences.
