Managing Director, Executive Outplacement Services 

Patricia Siderius is the Managing Director of Executive Outplacement Services with BPI group. She is certified as a Fellow Manager by the Institute of Career Certification International.

Ms. Sideirus has over 20 years of experience in reorganizational consulting, career transition/outplacement work, and career transition coaching.

In her current role, Ms. Siderius leads BPI group’s Executive Outplacement Services in North America. Managing a team of professionals who provide a wide range of high quality career transition services, she is highly skilled in planning and managing projects for corporate clients and works closely with human resource teams to provide smooth transitions for employees. Ms. Siderius has developed a myriad of  career change-related programs to meet the evolving needs of large and small corporate clients. Her expertise includes individual and group separations, downsizings, merger effects, corporate reorganizations, change management, relocations, and retention programs. As one of the leaders in planning for the only nuclear plant closing in the U.S., she proved instrumental in achieving results which exceeded all expectations. 

As a Co-Owner and President of The Derson Group, Ltd., one of the original outplacement firms in the Midwest, she gained entrepreneurial experience in managing the firm's general operations. Ms. Siderius had the opportunity to be a part of the outplacement industry as it grew and developed, setting standards for the delivery of services, ensuring quality, trained career coaches and developing practices for premier executive coaching services. In 2004, The Derson Group joined Scherer Schneider Paulick, LLC, which was then acquired by BPI group in 2007.

Prior to her career management experience, Ms. Siderius worked at Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young) in executive search and human resources. Additionally, she had previously used  her degree in education, working as a school administrator and teacher, and even establishing a school in a logging camp in Alaska.

She provides career coaching for senior management and is skilled at helping clients make decisions about what they want to do, as well as working with individuals planning for a second career.

Ms. Siderius earned a bachelor's degree in education from Bob Jones University in Greenville, S.C.
